Hello, I’m Abdillah Salim, a photographer, videographer, digital storyteller, and local guide from Zanzibar.

I have always been fascinated by people, places, and the stories that connect them. Over the years, that curiosity has taken me from exploring the islands of Zanzibar to travelling across different parts of the world, meeting people from different cultures, and discovering new ways of seeing and experiencing life.

Today, I bring those experiences together through photography, travel, and storytelling.

Through my work in tourism, I have the opportunity to help people experience Zanzibar beyond simply visiting the well-known attractions. I enjoy introducing travellers to beautiful locations, unique activities, local culture, and experiences that allow them to see a different side of the island.

From traditional Ngalawa boat trips and dhow cruises to clear kayaking, ocean adventures, sandbanks, wildlife experiences, Stone Town, and Zanzibar's beautiful coastline, I love combining exploration with visual storytelling.

I believe some of the best memories are created when we slow down, explore somewhere new, and allow ourselves to simply enjoy the moment.
